Christmas Time Is Here

It's Christmas in Dallas and this year that came with SNOW! Christmas morning started out with rain and thunder storms, but just as the presents were unwrapped and it was time for our morning ritual of devouring Monkey Bread, the snow began to fall. It was beautiful...and cold...and as great as it was for Christmas day, I'm glad it's gone, 2 short days later ;) My blood has thinned.

We had the most wonderful Christmas this year.  Grammy and Gramps drove down from South Carolina to spend it with us and the week did not disappoint. We went to Christmas eve service at Hope, ate a wonderful dinner out, at One2One, to celebrate Gramp's birthday.  We opened presents, drank and ate till our hearts content, danced, laughed a lot and just enjoyed the most special thing about Christmas, our family. So blessed

This is what these two looked like all week ;) I die...

Happy Halloween

I'm a full week (and then some) behind in posting about our Halloween fun, but 3 teeth and a stomach bug will shut a household down quickly!  We are finally recovering from both and are getting back to real life.  So backing up...

We had a great Halloween week.  My parents and Auntie Jza Jza were in town for a visit and we were able to have fun at a few of the Frisco Fall events.  First, we went to Cowboy Days at the Frisco Square.

You rode your first pony and LOVED IT!

You and your best bud Gramps had the best time!

You visited the petting zoo and loved it so much...that you kissed the baby goat!

Sanitizer please?????

my sweet little family

my sweet extended family

You did a little driving...

and watched an Armadillo race (you have to blow on their butts to make them move-NO JOKE!)

Grammy and you met a real cowboys

and had great fun climbing pumpkins!

Then Charlie and you put on your costumes and we headed off to Trick or Treat.
COWBOYS!

Happy Halloween!

James's 1 Year Photo Shoot

He didn't last long...but he managed to 'ham it up' for the camera for a few minutes to capture some really great shots.  James is 1!!!

 Love you Big Man!
